The company of Moulds ＆ Tools

      Baoji Fenghuo Moulds ＆ Tools Technology Company Limited  is the independent subsidiary of the Shaanxi Fenghuo Communications Group. It consists of the moulds division, the die casting division and the electromagnetical division. Having a history of producing modules about more than 50 years, it is high-tech enterprise, module enterprise backbone, and vice-board chairperson unit of the modules industry institute in Shaanxi Province. The six items products obtain the country patents. QC activities are given Quality Management Achievement Award by the Office of the Information Industry and the Group Company for many times. There are more than 180 staffs in the company. Among them, more than 50 staffs are technical development staffs, designers, technologists, production operation managers, and the quality control staffs. More than 30 staffs own the middling and the senior job title. Another 50 staffs are the moulds manufacture technician and the senior workers.
    There are more than twenty technical development staffs in the moulds division of the Baoji Fenghuo Moulds & Tools technology Company Limited. It has many advanced design software（UG、PRO/E, AutoCAD, CAXA, MASTERCAM, SOLIDWORKS and so on）.Having more than 50 years of the moulds processing experiences and the advanced technical equipments，it can  provide each type of the die casting moulds，the plastic moulds, the cold punching moulds，the rubber moulds，the design and the manufacture of the special purpose work clamp and the measurer to the customers in all circles. It also can provide the processing of the whole set parts and the single procedure team work. The ability of producing moulds can reach to more than 800 sets a year.
    The different kinds of moulds manufacture equipments are: several numerical control processing center of Japen MAZAK Company vertical
processing center, the milling center of the numerical control, the numerical control vehicle, the low speed silk thread cutting machine of the Agiecharmilles company, several forming machine of the electric spark, the Switzerland high precision grinder of the internal and the external circle, the grinder of Germany and Italy, the miller of the universal tool, the borer of the coordinate, the grinder of the curve, the grinder of the flat and so on.
     The die casting division, there are more than 30 people of the science and the die casting. They have the better ability of the technique and the die casting. They mainly produce the different kinds of communication transceiver casings, frames, radiators, panel and the different kinds of ardal die casting roughs in civil field. The producing ability of each year can reach to 300 ton.
   There are more than 30 people who do the research and the production in the electromagnet division. Now they have produced the electromagnet about more than 30 types and above one hundred formats. They have been used in the automation of the electric force, the seamer of the industry, the machine tool and the oil exploration. They can develop different kinds of electromagnets according to the customer’s  requirements. The production of the company receives the title of “the top ten famous brand of the Chinese electromagnet”. They can produce the electromagnets about 500,000 each year.
